AI Fluency Workshops
We start with your people, not software. What these tools can and can't do, which are worth your time, and how they apply to your business specifically.
We take you from AI curious, to AI capable. We train your team, then build the custom system that turns what they know into everyday efficiency - depolying the tools you already use.
Four stages, in that order. Most firms start at stage three — buy the tool, run a pilot, watch it stall. Pilots don't scale when nobody understands why they exist.
Stage 01 · Educate
We start with your people, not software. What these tools can and can't do, which are worth your time, and how they apply to your business specifically.
Stage 02 · Diagnose
Interviews with the people actually doing the work, process mapping, and an impact-versus-effort matrix. You leave with a sequenced roadmap. We tackle the quick wins first.
Stage 03 · Build
A structured, AI-readable knowledge system that gives models the business-specific context they need to be reliable. Most consultancies sell dashboards. We build the layer underneath that makes any of it work.
Stage 04 · Partner
We don't hand off and vanish. We keep the brain current, extend automations as the foundation matures, and stay accountable for whether the systems continues to produce real results.
Why we lead with the workshop.
Most AI consultancies sell to companies that already tried AI and failed. Our clients usually haven't started — the question isn't "why didn't it work," it's "where would this even apply to us." A workshop answers that cheaply, gets the whole team literate enough to make real decisions, and doubles as our diagnostic: sitting with your people for a day tells us more about where the pain is than any questionnaire.
The models are already good enough. What's missing is context — a structured map of how your business actually works, in a form AI can read.
Nothing exotic — a structured set of notes, each covering one part of the business, linked to each other where they relate. When a question arrives, the AI reads across them at once instead of guessing from a generic prompt. Update one note and every tool drawing on the brain updates with it.
It's a durable asset, not a project deliverable. Every automation, chatbot answer, and drafted document downstream draws on the same foundation — so each improvement compounds instead of being rebuilt.
The raw material — how your products work, how clients are handled, your tone, your SOPs, your calendars. Captured from systems, documents, and the people who hold it in their heads. Nothing downstream works until this is accurate.
How those notes reference each other, so one question can draw on several at once — a client query pulling policy, history, and tone together, the way a well-briefed colleague would. This is what makes it a brain rather than a folder.
Only once the foundation is solid do we wire it into real workflows: drafting correspondence, compiling reports, answering routine questions. Built last on purpose — automating a thin brain just automates the gaps.
Most AI consultancies sell dashboards or one-off automations. We build the missing layer underneath — the thing that makes any AI system at your company actually know how your company works.
Get a quoteThe lowest-risk way to find out whether any of this applies to you. A half-day with your team, priced from R5,000 — and if there's nothing worth automating, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a project.
Clear, zero-fluff answers on how we work, what we build, and how your data is handled.
Yes. We build your company brain on private, zero-retention infrastructure using your own systems. Your proprietary knowledge is never used to train public models, and every engagement starts with a data privacy and compliance posture check.
No. A chatbot over documents can only guess at what's true today. We build in layers — the knowledge itself, how it connects, then the automations on top — so a single question can draw on policy, history, and tone together, the way a well-briefed colleague would, not just a keyword search.
That's the normal starting point, and it's exactly why we lead with a workshop rather than a build. You don't need to know where AI fits before you talk to us — working that out is the first thing we do together, and it's the cheapest stage of the engagement.
Nothing breaks. You own the workspace and the admin throughout; we hold a seat as your external partner. There's no migration project at the end and no platform to be locked into — which is why we can commit to staying rather than needing to.
No — and by design. Our posture is alert-and-approve, not autopilot. Systems surface signals and draft actions; your team always makes the call. We never trade, transact, or execute on a client's behalf.
The brain isn't a one-time export. We keep it current as your workflows evolve, so your AI never operates on knowledge that's gone stale.
No — it protects your business from depending on any one person's memory. The brain captures what your best people know so your whole team, and their AI agents, can rely on it — not just whoever happens to remember.
